Applewood Kerns Cottage

This project is the first phase of a use conversion from classrooms/offices to dormitory living. Because Applewood Centers is a home/school for at-risk youth, we had to follow rigorous security and safety standards to ensure there was no unauthorized access to the building, and to minimize the risk of future incidents. Charles Schulz Building served as the General Contractor on the project overseeing various general trades and all mechanical trades.
