The Jameson House at Kendal at Oberlin

This expansion and renovation of Kendal’s memory care division consisted of 13 patient rooms, a secure courtyard and wandering path, a kitchen, and various common spaces. This 19,000 square foot facility was an active residence, so we had to create minimum possible disruption for staff and residents alike. Charles Schulz Building Company was the general contractor on this project.
