The Dascomb Hall project was a 11,000 sf conversion of an existing dining hall into a security department and on-campus nursing and psychological center. The scope of work consisted of the complete demo of the existing space and a full renovation, including MEP infrastructure. As construction manager, our firm worked to establish a GMP and created over $150,000 in value engineering savings.
