Bill Schulz
President
Bill has nearly 50 years experience in the construction industry. He has led Charles Schulz Building Company since 1982. Under his stewardship, the company has evolved into a full-service general contractor and construction management company. Along with the role of president, Bill serves as lead project engineer.
Nick Schulz
Vice President
Nick began his career with the family company as a grunt — sweeping floors and driving dump trucks. In his 19 years with the firm, he's progressed from laborer to superintendent to a project manager. Currently Nick is the company's vice-president; and the fourth generation of leadership within the business.

Tim Whittaker
Superintendent
Tim has 10 years of experience in construction as a union carpenter and foreman. He is ICRA, OSHA and CPR certified, and has a business degree from Cuyahoga Community College. Utilizing his education and experience, he is a full-time superintedent.
Steve Kibler
Superintendent
Steve has 35 years experience in construction. He began his career in California, where he rose to management at the largest Herman Miller Pavilion in the country. He returned to Ohio in the '90s, and has been with Charles Schulz for 4 years. He has a Bachelor's from Kent State.

Office

David Blakeslee
Office Manager
David is responsible for most of Charles Schulz Building Company’s office functions. In addition to managing submittals, RFIs and billing, David is a proficient photographer and master chef.
Trevor Rutti
Business Development
Trevor brings cross-disciplinary expertise to Charles Schulz Building Company. He most recently worked in San Francisco where he specialized in digital marketing and project management.
