Richard Schulz, president, oversees work in the field, coordinating all trades on the job and ensuring that work is performed to specifications and quality standards. He is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and real estate. He also is a trained bricklayer. Rick is active in freemasonry as a past master of Harding-Concordia Lodge of Cleveland. He is an advocate for children with special needs, and a Special Olympics organizer.

William Schulz, vice president, manages the bidding, planning and administrative functions, working closely with subcontractors and architects. Bill holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kent State University. He is active in the Boy Scouts as an assistant scoutmaster.
